Suffolk Building Design were employed to gain approval for all the planning conditions for this project, together with gaining planning approval for several minor amendments. Building regulations drawings were also completed with a close working relationship with the timber frame manufacturer. The site offered a few engineering problems due to the mature trees, stream & clay sub-soil. However these were all overcome successfully.

Suffolk Building Design completed a full traditional architectural service for this project. This entailed conducting a feasibility study, planning drawings & submission, building regulation & submission, a full tending package, contract administration and finishing with a professional completion certificate.

This project ran extremely smoothly with the build finished to a high standard & completed on time & within budget.

A partner in Suffolk Building Design was commissioned at building regulation stage to complete the detailed drawings for construction. This particular development was built and managed by the client to our specification.
